Exchange Policy:

Customers of D&C are eligible for an in store exchange within 7 days of purchase in store or online only under certain terms and conditions:

  • The shoes must be unworn and in the exact condition at the time of purchase.
  • Shoes can only be exchanged for size of the same design.
  • Receipt must be kept.
  • Shoe box must be retained and any price tags attached must be in tact.
